This payment option is available to any customer with access to a touch-tone telephone.

Pay-By-Phone connects customers to our database system. That means customers

accounts can also be updated in real-time when paying by phone.

This method of payment is very convenient for the elderly, busy home-makers or for those who

do not have access to a computer, or customers who may be out of town.

Pay-By-Phone is menu-driven and very easy to use on any touch-tone phone.

Customers wishing to use Pay-By-Phone would fill out a short authorization and return it to us with a canceled check. The customer is then mailed the instructions on using the system along with their access information. The procedure for making a payment is very simple. The steps are:

1. Call the system

2. Selects 1 from the menu.

3. Enter your ID and Password.

4. Enter the account # and amount

After verifying the amount, the transaction is sent to the utility’s processing center in real-time and the customer’s bank is notified of the transaction amount through the ACH (Automated Clearing House) system.

Our Pay-By Phone system was built to satisfy the needs of small or large organizations and can be customized to satisfy the need of any client.

Each of our communication servers can handle up to two hundred and ten simultaneous callers. All linked into the real-time system connected to the utility's processing center, making us the only vendor to date with real-time Pay-by-phone capabilities.
