If you wish to cancel a payment that has already been transmitted to the Payment processing center you may do so by selecting the Void a Payment Button from the control center. You will be prompted for the relevant information. Providing the payment can be located in the system, the payment will be Voided. Vpay2000 will inform you of this when the voiding process has been successfully completed.
